A few market changes we've noticed in the past few years have included the price range value of the homes we've been working on and the frequency and locations as well. We do some commercial work but we'll focus on that another time.
It seems that with new home construction, noboby is considering stucco unless the home is worth $750k plus. It's an expensive product for sure. Areas where the home values are lower are adding on and using stucco to match existing. Of course the random detached garage build and patch/repair of insulation holes.
The overall market in homes valued at $750k and less has really slowed when it comes to stucco. Unless we are repairing existing it is becoming increasingly rare.
