We are seeing time prove us right in our defense of stucco over the last 20 years.  Window manufacturing and installation, roofing, wall penetrations have unfortunately generated many of the problems blamed on stucco.  We are learning that the moisture problems are stemming from leaks outside of a stucco applicators control.

Properly installed stucco will never leak.  Install a window in the middle of the wall incorrectly, or a properly installed window that leaks and you've got potential water problems.
